Estoy interesado en saber como cambiar el tamaño y tipo de fuente de los contactos en el Lumia 800, o si conocen alguna aplicación para esto

Hasta WP7.5 no era posible. No se si con la actualización WP7.8 se añadirá esa funcionalidad.
